Trilogy Health Services - Zanesville Health Campus #2

DMK Development Group, LLC is the Developer and General contractor for the construction of the Trilogy Zanesville Health Campus #2.  The Campus will be located at the intersection of Northpointe and Kearns Rds, in Zanesville, Ohio, approximately 2 miles from the Zanesville #1 site. 

This campus will consist of one building approximately 62,500 square feet.  The construction will be a slab on grade, wood framed, single story structure.  DMK will be taking bids for all site development, concrete, lumber and framing, all MEP trades as well as fire suppression, millwork/casework, specialty items, drywall, insulation, ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, VCT flooring, and paint.  The tenant will provide all nurse call/fire alarm equipment and final connections, with the electrical contractor providing the rough in work.  The tenant will also do carpeting, cable/TV/security, kitchen equipment and all landscaping.  All plans contained on this website are preliminary, for bidding only at this time.  Final plans will be published soon.  After posting the final plans, a bid date will be set.  Any questions concerning the plans can be directed to:
